DESCRIPTION:Joe Park Trio is a St. Louis-based swing & jazz trio led by guitarist Joe Park, and featuring bassist Ben Coan and drummer Drew Weiss. The group came together when playing as the rhythm section for STL jazz singer Sarah Jane. They found a common mutual interest in the swinging guitarist-led trios of the 1950s such as Barney Kessel and Kenny Burrell. Ian Buschmann joins the trio to realize a lush quartet for this special occasion and intimate night at the Focal Point.\n \n\n
